All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping info—we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment platforms. Full payment is required at checkout. All sales are final.

4. Return & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. If the issue is on our end, we may offer store credit or a product replacement.

5. Appointment Services

All hair services including natural installs, braiding, and silk presses are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your spot. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

All content on this site (logos, product names, graphics) belongs to Timeless Hair by Kimmi. Do not reproduce or use our content without permission.
